All Tours are subject to confirmation and advice in accordance to the Australian Government – DFAT “Destinations List” & “Smartraveller”
At all times Boutique Tours & Travel considers travellers and staff health to be the most important factor in all our decision making.
Boutique Tours & Travel – Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)
Our world has changed due to COVID-19 and has impacted on our everyday lives in many ways including our ability to travel. We have all had to navigate a way through these challenging times and we are hopeful that the world will join together pursuing a positive and healthy outcome for everyone.
BT&T Boutique Tours & Bespoke Journeys:
The wellbeing of our all guests is our top priority. In line with the Australian Government, anyone wishing to travel with BT&T in 2022 will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and produce a Vaccination Certificate. (A Booster shot is highly recommended)
Entry Requirements:
It may also be required that you provide a verifiable and negative Covid-19 test result taken 72 hours prior to the start of a tour (taking time zones into consideration) until further notice.
As the world begins to reopen and in accordance with travel restrictions imposed by government advisories worldwide, we are reviewing BT&T Tour departures on a tour-by-tour basis, as per the Australian Government. Should your tour be impacted and unable to operate we will be in contact with you ASAP.
Cancelled Tours:
If your booked tour is cancelled at any time because of COVID-19, please rest assured that BT&T will refund as much as possible of the land portion of your tour, including uptown $450.00 of your Deposit.
Or:
• Rebook and change your travel dates or destination to any trip departing in 2023 – 2024.
WHO & WTTC Best Practice:
We follow the protocols and guidelines established by the leading health experts including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) to minimise any opportunity for coronavirus exposure during your tour or journey. We’ll have hand sanitiser readily available, ensure enhanced cleaning in hotels and restaurants, sanitise vehicles at every arrival and departure site visit
We continue to offer Small Group Tours (6 – 14) for our Boutique Small Group Tours.
BT&T has longstanding relationships with our local travel agents, guides, hotels and venues. These partners are aware of maintaining our high standards and we will continue to ensure they comply with all WHO and WTTC local regulations regarding health and hygiene. All health protocols will continue to be followed including vaccinations, physical distancing, masking wearing, PCR testing as required during your tour or journey.
Everyone involved in running your tour or journey including your guides, drivers, baggage handlers and others behind the scenes, will observe a strict, health and safety protocols including temperature monitoring, mask wearing and additional personal protective equipment based on local regulations and conditions.
In-country COVID-19 testing and round-the-clock support:
BT&T and our partners will support you throughout your journey, from coordinating COVID-19 testing (for travelling between countries and returning home) to answering any questions you have during your journey.
